Katy Wells started Double You Marketing, Inc. upon noticing that a large breadth of companies are lacking strong marketing strategy or a marketing plan at all. This is likely due to not having a need for it in the past or because the entities simply do not have the time and resources. New media is emerging and Double You Marketing (DYM) has the expertise and guidance needed to elevate from the conversation.
In the past, Katy has worked with global brands such as TaylorMade and Adidas Golf, national brands with Mohawk Flooring and Pella Windows & Doors, regional brands with the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau and various restaurant/nightlife brands, down to the local level with a community hospital, financial institutions, niche service organizations, newspapers, etc.
As owner of Double You Marketing, Inc. Katy’s goal is to help entities get to a place where they know they’re spending their dollars the right way. Start with a solid strategy that doesn’t break the bank, truly identify consumers and goals, define how those goals can be accomplished, then hit the road with solid communications.
Double You Marketing is a marketing arm for entities in need of consultation, strategy and/or implementation of communications. It is not a marketing firm, but truly an extension of its clients and its clients’ business. DYM can provide such consultation as reviewing an entity’s current campaigns or communications and providing feedback, to launching an entirely new brand. Strategy is the core of all work that DYM provides and a bit of groundwork and guidance is always provided with any work that DYM develops. DYM has a network of reliable resources to build and create a great final product if creative, media and production services are needed.
